DOSA MASALA SAMOSA
While the same ingredients are found in different regions in India, the way they are prepared is very different.
We serve cuisine from all over India at our restaurant and the inspiration for this recipe struck while I
was enjoying a masala dosa. Our Dosa Masala Samosa is a fusion of the North Indian Samosa with a South
Indian style potato ﬁlling.
Potatoes (sulphite), Enriched wheat flour, Water, Canola oil, Salt,
